Shipping Information

COVID19 Update 

California Republic Clothes is  operational and is continuing to practice social distancing measures and taking extra care cleaning and sanitizing daily. 

Our shipping carriers have been intermittently experiencing delays due to an increase in online sales and safety measures. Please know that we are here to help with any concerns that you may have regarding delivery estimates. 

Most California Republic Clothes and Dolphin Shirt Company brand merchandise is printed in house. We ship all purchases in the order they were received. Please note that we cannot make changes to your delivery address once your order has been shipped.  We ask that you double check your address, as we are not responsible for delayed or returned orders due to undeliverable addresses, and we will invoice you for re-shipping when items are returned for insufficient addresses. Please note that if your address includes an apartment, suite, or number of any kind, please specify which type (apt, ste, box, etc.), otherwise it will default to "apartment". You will receive an email with tracking for your order as soon as it ships but the tracking will not show as moving until later that evening. During the busy holiday season, orders may be subject to delays. 


Standard Shipping 

Standard Shipping usually has a 2-3 business day handling time, and a shipping speed of 1-5 business days for domestic orders only (United States). This means that the soonest you could possibly get your domestic shipment is 2 business days from the date of your order, and the latest is 8 total business days from the date of your order.*

*Please be aware that there are occasionally delays in processing, but that we do our best to get all orders out the door as quickly as possible.  Please contact us if you have not seen a shipping confirmation and are concerned about your order.

Expedited Shipping usually has a 2-3 business day handling time, and a shipping speed of 1-2 business days.

We do strive to minimize handle times on expedited orders whenever possible. This means that the soonest you could possibly get your shipment is 2 business days from the date of your order, and the latest is 5 total business days from the date of your order. *Business day in this sense refers to Monday-Friday, non postal holiday days.

*Please contact us after placing your order if you would like a signature required for delivery. Express Mail packages are returned to sender if unclaimed after 5 business days. We are sorry, but we cannot refund shipping fees unless an error was made on our part.

**Standard and Expedited shipping and handle times apply to domestic orders for the 48 continental United States.  


International Shipping

So sorry, we do not ship internationally.


Shipping Rates

Shipping Rates at California Republic Clothes are based on the price of the product(s) ordered, and your shipping destination.

  • FREE SHIPPING:  All standard continental U.S. orders ship absolutely free! Please note that our free shipping offer does not apply to orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, or Hawaii.
  • EXPEDITED SHIPPING is currently not available to APO/FPO, or International addresses.

To return your item(s) for a refund, please wrap your product in the original inner packaging, with all tags attached (if applicable), and include a copy of our returns form (PDF) before the package is sealed. Be sure to purchase tracking and insurance on your shipments OR contact us for a return label via email.  Actual shipping cost for the label we supply will be deducted from your refund. Our labels are issued by and must be downloaded within 24 hours of receipt.  You can use the label anytime within 14 days of receipt. Want to exchange for a different size? No problem!  Just indicate so on your return form or a slip of paper and clearly mark "exchange" on the outer package.  We will ship your exchange for free and do not charge for the return label used to return your original order.  You will receive a new order confirmation and tracking will be sent when the exchange ships out to you.

To receive a refund, we accept returns for new, un-worn products, for up to 60 days after purchase and will refund your account within 14 days of the item being received. Please note that there may be a restocking fee of up to 50% for used or damaged products being returned, depending on condition. To ensure proper fit and less possibility of you needing the return, we ask you to visit our size guide, read the bullets and descriptions on the product(s) you are ordering, and email us if you aren't sure what size to order. Used or damaged items may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 50%.

We are sorry but any replacement order for lost or stolen merchandise must be sent in the same colors/sizes. 

Please note that only ONE promo code may be used at a time. Promo codes may not be combined, and there is a limit (at our discretion) of ONE use per customer/email address/shipping address for select promo codes. 

Please also note that we cannot issue refunds for more than the original cost of purchase.
