Many brands sell California Republic-themed items. However, NOT all brands are located in California, and even fewer were among the very first to sell quality California items. We started printing the classic California Republic flag shirt way back in 1981, even selling shirts at the State Capitol gift shop in Sacramento. Dolphin Shirt Company, our parent company, began printing custom designed t-shirts and sweatshirts in Cayucos, California in 1981. Our unique designs- first and foremost our best selling California Republic Bear Flag Tee- are hand-printed in beautiful San Luis Obispo and have been sold worldwide both online and in many stores, museums, aquarium gift shops, and resorts. We also own and operate a retail store in Morro Bay, located on California's central coast.
